The V.S.C.A.R. State President and Senior State President have the honor of presenting Debutantes to the Virginia DAR State Regent each year during the State Conference.  In 2019, the presentation will take place on Friday, March 15.  The deadline for submitting the debutante and escort forms to Senior State 1st Vice President Stacy Wajciechowski is January 1, 2019.  You can download the flyer and forms through this link:  2019 Debutante Presentation Flyer.
